Slowness in access was still experienced on 2023-01-13 around 08:00AMUTC.

We deployed another fix on 10:10UTC and are monitoring the result.

Issue arise during high traffic time.

We are still seeing issue causing slowness to access mailbox using imap/pop3.
We deployed another fix and are monitoring the result.
